The Challenge

Hola Drive wanted to build a modern ride-hailing app that would be simple and enjoyable for both passengers and drivers. The product needed to feel fast, easy to use, and ready to grow as the business expanded.

Since the platform was starting from scratch, it also needed a strong visual identity and a complete design system that could support future development.

The Approach

I worked on the project from the beginning, creating the brand identity, logo, and presentation materials before designing the mobile application. I designed the experience for both passengers and drivers, making every step—from booking a ride to managing trips—as simple as possible.

The app was designed in both light and dark themes and included onboarding, booking flows, maps, payments, driver dashboards, and account management. I also built a consistent UI system with reusable components to make development faster and easier.

The Outcome

The result was a complete product ready for development, with more than 120 mobile screens, dozens of user flows, and a scalable design system. Instead of designing individual pages, I created a full ecosystem that works together as one product.

This project showcases my ability to build a mobile app from the ground up, combining branding, UX strategy, UI design, and product thinking into a cohesive experience.
