Simplified complex banking workflows across 70+ screens
Societe Generale is one of Europe’s leading financial institutions, serving millions of customers through a wide range of banking and financial products. I designed complex enterprise banking experiences, including UX strategy, UI design, design systems, accessibility features, and more than 70 screens across customer-facing and administrative workflows.

The Challenge
Societe Generale’s banking products support complex financial operations, customer management, and internal workflows. As part of a UX and UI redesign initiative for DeltaCredit Bank, the challenge was not creating attractive screens—it was making a highly complex system easier to use.
The platform contained numerous user journeys, account settings, financial products, and administrative functions. Many workflows required multiple steps and presented large amounts of information that could easily overwhelm users.
In banking, even small usability issues can slow down daily operations and create frustration for both customers and employees. The goal was to simplify decision-making, improve accessibility, and reduce cognitive load without removing critical functionality.
The Approach
I focused heavily on UX research, information architecture, and interaction design before moving into visual design. The project included the design of more than 70 screens covering personal accounts, product management, account settings, authentication flows, and administrative tools.
Rather than treating each screen as an isolated page, I worked to create a consistent design system that could scale across the entire platform. Icons, interface components, forms, navigation patterns, and interactions were standardized to improve usability and reduce learning time.
Accessibility was also an important part of the project. Features such as voice-assisted login and form interactions were introduced to support users with physical limitations and create a more inclusive banking experience.
The Outcome
The result was a modern enterprise banking experience that balanced functionality with usability. Complex workflows became easier to navigate, users could complete tasks faster, and the platform gained a more consistent and scalable design language.
More importantly, the project demonstrated that enterprise software does not have to feel overwhelming. Through careful UX design and system thinking, even highly regulated financial products can become more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.
