I created the brand identity and website for Arbeidsadvocaat, a Dutch employment law firm looking to launch quickly and build trust from day one. The result was a clear, professional digital presence that helped establish credibility and attract a growing audience across multiple channels.

The Challenge
Arbeidsadvocaat was entering a highly competitive legal market where trust is everything. The firm needed to launch within a month but had no recognizable visual identity or digital presence. The biggest challenge was creating a brand that would feel authoritative and approachable while helping potential clients quickly understand the service and feel confident enough to make contact.
The Approach
Rather than designing only a logo and website, I built a complete communication system. I developed a clean visual identity, established typography and color principles, designed the website architecture around user intent, and simplified the navigation so visitors could immediately find relevant legal services. Every design decision was focused on reducing friction and increasing credibility.
The Outcome
The new identity gave the company a consistent and professional presence across every touchpoint. Within the first year, the firm accumulated 150+ five-star reviews, built a community of 16,000+ followers, and generated 351,000+ TikTok likes, helping establish itself as a recognizable employment law brand in the Netherlands.
